Just booked MIA-LIM award flight on LAN and deciding how to get from LGA to MIA.

Option 1: spend 25,000 miles for F. Probably not.

Option 2: $122 on either AA or DL.
MIA-LIM flight departs at 23:55, while AA LGA-MIA arrives at 21:40 and DL at 22:49.

Will 1 hour 6 minutes enough to transfer if I pick DL?

What are my realistic chances of upgrade on AA vs. DL on LGA-MIA flight? I have PL on AA and GM on DL.
