Admirals Club Access policy for underage AA elites.

Background: I'm a minor, and an AA EXP.

So, since I've gotten my EXP status a while back, I've been using the lounge access benefit whenever I travel internationally. I was flying RDU -> DFW -> ORD -> DUB on the twenty-sixth, and I had a ~6 hour layover in DFW. (The ticket was cheap, so I lived with this.) I went to the "D" AC in order to relax and get soe coffees. I showed my BPs to ORD and to DUB, both of which (of course) said EXP on them (and the DUB one said Business anyway). She waved me in, and gave me two drink chits. Sitting and drinking some coffee, she came back to me and told me that since I was underage, I couldn't access the lounges; she also said that "she wasn't kicking (me) out". I took the cue and skedaddled.

Question time: Is this OK? Should I complain? I mean, I understand she doesn't want teenagers all hopped up on caffeine and the music television, but I'm a person, too. Now, I imagine that there aren't many under-eighteens on this board, but your opinion is valid, anyway.
