I called 1K line today, hoping that my wait would not be too long, considering it is a holiday. The wait for an agent was only a few seconds.

"X" was changed back to the original fare bucket. I can now see it in my record for my October flight. My unused RPU, which the agent said would normally repost to my account AFTER the flight, has been requested to be replaced now, so I can opt to use it on another flight before it expires. Hopefully this RPU gets replaced within the next day or two. We shall see.

The experience was not very time-consuming, having taken maybe 5-7 minutes to complete the changes.

I was pleased.
