That would be the case if I SDC'd to an earlier flight, but I'm SDCing to a later flight. My understanding is that for SDCing to a later flight I just no-show and then wait until T-3 hours to try to get a seat on the flight I want. In which case the PNR wouldn't get split until after the flight had left.

To clarify the scenario:
- we both do OLCI
- my companion checks two bags
- she boards the plane
- I no-show for the flight - any standby passengers get my seat - she travels alone
- I SDC to a later flight at T-3 hours

Is this possible? I've been searching and searching and there doesn't seem to be a thread on this specific topic.
