I disagree with the F coffee comment - the few times I've been lucky to fly in F, every time I've had coffee it's been good. Probably because it's brewed through a Nespresso machine, if I'm not mistaken (serving with proper milk helps too).
Good quality instant would be better in other parts of the plane. It can be yuckety-yuck.
