I agree and this is what led me to develop the poll for Frequent Business Traveler magazine.

interestingly put the big airlines ranked near the top of the Ideaworks study (lufthansa group, singapore) right down at the bottom near Delta in terms of "not satisfied" percent.
While no poll or survey is going to be perfect, I subscribe to the belief that individual experience counts for a lot. Based on all of the comments I have seen in the various forums here, I suspect our findings are close to being spot on.
