2. Yes. I have several friends that work for Marriott. I get signed forms from them every 90 days so I can use the [proprietary code] rate "legally." It's hard to abuse the [proprietary code] system unless you're fraudulent with the forms as almost every [proprietary code] rate I've used required a form at check-in.
