It's such a shame that 'someone' in BA doesn't seem to understand the issue[s].
Naturally when we have bears aboard - especially those who have sworn allegiance to queens and cupcakes - we can provide tons of sugar and even fresh milk as opposed to those vile little sachets.

I speak with a certain irritation as one such - Dyogenes Bear is being turned out of FT as he is under 13. I am not making this up.
