No baggage issues at all. They only allow like 7kg for carry-on. So either pack light or pack big as you will probably have to check the bag in regardless.

Overall if you get a cheap fare, I would say its well worth it. But I would definitely pay an extra $100 (USD) to go on Asiana, Korean Air or any of the other bigger airlines.
