How about Australia? Ridiculous immigration laws combined with cutbacks of immigration staff leads to queues that would make the states jealous. Spent a couple of hours in line there when leaving last time and the guy in front of me said he does it every week and every week is the same. The priority line was even slower.

I was impressed by China, they couldn't have seemed to care less as long as you gave them the 5 star rating!
