Gaggia do some good machines. Agree, there is a frothing issue with most machines but I slowly worked my way up from a freestanding basic gaggia to a built in Neff. It's a great machine and produces really good froth, isn't plumbed in though and it can be a pain to clean but worth it when it produces really good coffee
