I have a separate travel bank account, as soon as my travel reimbursement hits my primary I transfer it over to avoid any intermingling with my personal funds.

Also, accept the fact that stuff happens. Getting mad about it doesn't help, specifically as it relates to delays, getting mad or angry at the GA won't change the fact that my flight is delayed.
