I'm having the same problem with my 80k threshold. Crossed 2 weeks ago, got the email on June 26, credits still not posted. I called them today, they tried to give me a spiel about how the flight hadn't posted, but I corrected them and they said they'd escalate it by putting a "tracer" on it. Whatever that means.
