I passed the 40k threshold a few weeks ago, got my congratulatory e-mail about five days after crossing the threshold, and called AC ten days later after I still had not received my credits. If I weren't an absolute moron, I would have waiting until October to call in so they'd have a later expiry date, but I was stuck in traffic and called in anyway.

Spent 35 min, largely on hold, with SE desk last week, and was promised a call back by a manager, or supervisor of some sort. I didn't even request it, but it was sort of forced on me. And I just heard back from this manager/supervisor, who informed me it's a known problem they are trying to resolve, and that I should have them within a week or 10 days or so.

Just wanted to give y'all the heads up.
