From the Email sent by Citi reg Conversion to PM Card:

JPMiles: All JPMiles billed on your card would be transferred to your JP membership account with Jet Airways. The miles would not be transferred to your new card. All unbilled JPMiles would be transferred to the new card within 60 days. Once your existing card is converted, you would earn miles on your card spends as per the features of the PremierMiles card.
So looks like, the balance transactions after the Billing of JACC will be transferred to PM Card.
