S/he never said "3 class international". S/he never said "Only domestic F". You do understand that an F flight to another country, is by definition an international flight.
International F and domestic F are the more common ways of describing what you're calling three/two-cabin F. If there is no way of distinguishing the hard or soft product from F on a domestic flight, it's domestic F. My DTW-YHZ on a CR7 surely isn't anything anyone other than you would call international F.
