OK, OK, it was used in the loosest sense How about my spending profile or whatever. I guess the point I was trying to make (badly) was that it seems counterproductive to spend a fair wodge of cash, be a loyal, steady customer etc and then have all flushed down the pan in terms of profile (which might matter when flights are cancelled etc) just because everything got recorded as a redemption....
