When I upgrade, am I unintentionally downdrading my CIV?

OK, weird title, but a couple of recent experiences and some comments that CC can see one's past travel history (and I assume CIV) on their natty new iPads got me thinking.....

Over the last few months I have flown LHR-NRT/HND return three times. Two were paid for bookings originally in CW, one a redemption in F. For the paid for bookings I was u/g once to F and opted to upgrade to F prior to OLCI three times. Of the two paid for upgrades flown (third later this week), both have come up in my BAEC transactions as F/Z with no TPs or Avios i.e. showing as a redemption booking. This is easily, if tiresomely, solved by a phone call to BAEC and 24-48h later the TPs and Avios appear but the booking class is still shown as F/Z. So will my CIV etc reflect 1xF/J, 3xF/A and 2 x F/Z as it should or 1xF/J and 5xF/Z? And if so should I be worried?? Any one have any ideas??

Of course it would be nice if the glitch in the system that creates this was fixed, probably asking too much....
