Seeing the logo would give me the impression that it was in fact some type of "gay retreat" with everything centered around homosexuality. What people choose to do in there personal lives, be it at home or on vacation, is their business, but it doesn't mean I want to surround myself in that environment.
I wouldn't particularly be worried about being propositioned, as most of the gay people I know say they are quite good at detecting us "heteros" in their environment. Nor would I particularly be worried about noise and activity more so than any other hotel.
I have been to a few "gay-centric" places, and the level of outward affection shown at these establishments seems to be much greater than in general public areas. When I travel, for work or pleasure, I do not really care to be surrounded by constant public displays of affection (same sex, opposite sex, whatever it may be). With many places still rampant with bigotry, I can't blame them for finding "safe-havens", just saying that in particular is not where I would like to be.
