I don't think the Pacific 764 will be converted as they have started receiving Maint. vistis to HKG and not seat reconfiguration. 3066 was the first and now 3063 is in HKG - expected out about now if just maint done. There are plenty of reasons for the 777a conversions as 14 763s are being put into 2 class intl config.
However, if I were running the show, I'd convert the 764s as there is only a 14 seat difference between the "high density" and International configurations. The International config includes 39 lie flats vs. 20 recliners up front. The reasons not to convert them are cost, efficient routings HNL-IAD/EWR/IAH, but the 772A could pick up these routes with more seats. It could be that once the 772As are converted from old international config to 2 class Pacific config, maybe the 764s would get international seating - that would make sense.
