As a newbie to the Delta experience, I tried booking a flight on Friday for the Thanksgiving holiday, and every time I tried I received white screen with the following error:

Request Entity Too Large

A request entity is longer than the server can handle.


I called to book the flight and let the agent know the error, got charged the $25/ticket fee, called back complained about the charge, was told to cancel (free within first 24 hours) and rebook to remove the fee and call tech support next time error shows , got same error, called tech support who couldn't figure it out and took existing reservation and removed $25/ticket fees.

Oh, and I guess they left off the last letter of my name, despite using skymiles number, so now I have a different confirmation number than my family... due to a letter change

Not sure if the Request Entity Too Large error is common or not
