I received two of those Chadwick Halloway confirmations today, so no it is not a mistake as sukn suggested but if you look at the URL's they redirect to a site in Chile. So, yes those are fraudulent.
Mine was not fraudulent since I called the EXP desk, informed them of the error, and sure enough it was a genuine ticketed reservation belonging to another EXP. This female EXP had even applied an eVIP to her LHR trip.
