Many years ago I was on a business trip to Denver and I met a nice gentleman on the plane and it turned out we were staying in the same hotel. We continued to talk on the hotel shuttle and made plans to meet for dinner that night. We had a wonderful meal and he wanted things to go further but I said no, but we did exchange numbers and agree to see each other again once home.

I did speak to him two or three times in the next week but our schedules were not working and we were not able to make plans. I did end up seeing him that week......when I ran into him, with his wife and kids, at the mall. Funny, he never mentioned them in Denver.
