Concerning luggage storage facilities: With the opening of the new terminal at VIE last month a lot of things changed. But according to this document on their homepage storage facilities are available. It just doesn't say where they are located. Just ask at an information counter when you arrive! According to the homepage it should cost 4 Euros per piece per day.
