Beef was fairly tender (as is often the case with "poor" cuts, braised to infinity) but obviously somewhat grisly (as is typical of this cut). Overall fine. Loved the fruit dish

Watch out for this route too. I was on a 7:15 p.m. ORD-SFO which was a "snack" flight since it was past the dinner cutoff.
