No these amounts apply to partner flights. JFK-HKG on CX, LAX-SYD on QF.

At first I thought this might have been a glitch with the reward calculator tool on ba.com, but when I tried to make dummy bookings, I got quoted the 105,000 and 150,000 respectively for these routes.
