+1.............. agree that they don't provide any notice and then we're surprised afterwards for how are any guests supposed to know what is hotel operated and what is outsourced...............

Also I would definitely have chosen to park somewhere rather than the hotel garage - there are tons of car parks around the hotel and they are cheaper than parking at the hotel.
