My wife and I had our flight from ORD-LAS cancelled due to crue. I just assumed it was too many pilots hitting their max hours. The agent said they had a lot of flights cancelled in the last couple of days. We ended up doing ok as we got rebooked on US and got into LAS about the same time as we would have originally but had to cost AA some money and we had to sit in Y instead of F. Kudos to the agents for handling the rebooking so well for us as new and not yet earned EXP's. ^
