FS - Full service (aka shorthand for Marriott brand).
Ren - Renaissance
JW - JW Marriott
CY - Courtyard (aka red stepped step child of the family)
FI - Fairfield Inn
RI - Residence Inn
SHS - Springhill Suites

Personally I would choose Ren out of the two but if you can squeeze in one of the properties in SouthPark then go for it instead.
