Why cannot change seat on OLCI??
Hi all,
Booked on J Class on tomorrow flight from TPE to HKG CX401. I had done OLCI, but want to change seat. But it says:
"We are sorry. We cannot process your seating change at the moment. Your original selection remains the same. Should you require further assistance, please proceed to the Check-In Counter at the airport."
Did anyone experience before? What is possible reason?
