Admittedly this was almost a decade ago on my honeymoon, but we were on the SQ flight out of MLE, which is about 11pm. There was a storm coming in so the hotel suggested we took a boat in good time back to the airport. We did this, then went to a hotel which was a short walk or quick free shuttle ride from the terminal.

Not only did they serve alcohol, but it was half the price we'd been paying in the resort AND it was happy hour to boot!
