It was a year ago I was there but there were certainly dedicated CW desks (2 or 3) from memory. No fast track security or immigration. Things were quiet on departure so wasn't an issue. Arrival can be a bit slow. The lounge as mentioned above isn't too bad but is dry. The flight was called in the lounge after most people had boarded so getting to the bus then plane was very quick.
