I have never flown BA from Male, only Emirates First/Business but I assume BA have a dedicated check in desk. As far as I remember there is no fast track security. On landing, the queues for immigration can be horrendous depending which other planes have landed at a similar time, I'd suggest getting off plane ASAP, the staff take their time checking passports. I haven't noticed much of a delay on departure at security. There is a generic lounge in the departures lounge - Finifenmaa - or something like that, been done up recently, quite pleasant, soft drinks, snacks, coffee etc. no alcohol from memory though.
