So currently the last BA reward is a third Joker for 6000 TP's......and then that's it!

So what's the incentive (other than more Avios) to keep on traveling BA?....should there not be some other reward milestones to retain the flyer......or is there a risk they will consider elevating their status on other programmes instead?
