The hotel I'm at shows the rate as $160.50 which I figure is the cash portion of the C&P ($150) plus the 7% VAT tax.

The confirmation says room rate includes VAT. I probably won't say anything since I got a great upgrade, but my guess is that may explain what others are seeing.
