On a Christmas bump on UA a few years ago, UA put us in this hotel. Like the previous posters mentioned, it was not too bad. The only criticism I have was it was a long ride from ORD to/from the hotel. Didn't know at the time. The sleep number beds were nice.

UA gave us some meal vouchers & we combined them and ate at the hotel restaurant. Food was pretty decent (at the time) and moderate in price.

The next time I got stuck at ORD, I specified a hotel closer to the airport. It was due to weather & on an UA award. I had to pay trhe distressed rate. The ORD Westin was alot closer and only <$5 more. The ORD Hilton was about triple the Westin rate.
