Had guests for dinner yesterday, I decided to open a couple of older wines to test some ageing performance of some top Argentine Wines.... featured on the list were:

Enzo Bianchi Grand Cru 1999
Benegas Lynch FBL Barrica 2001

Achaval Ferrer Quimera 2002

It was one of the most memorable wine evenings of the past decade... ^
