I just signed-up for a BA credit card in the US via Chase. It has an EMV chip for use in Europe, but it's a "chip and signature" setup right now. What are the limitations of "chip & signature" vs "chip & PIN" when traveling? (Specifically, ATMs, ticket kiosks, restaurants and shops)
