BA from BWI to LHR. Lady lights up a cig in her seat. Then starts screaming at the top of her lungs. Ended up getting tied down in a row of four to herself only a few rows in front of me. She screamed at the top of her lungs for several hours. Reminded me of when a baby has a tantrum, when they start to calm down then scream hard again. It was awful. Upon landing at LHR we had to wait for the police to take her off first. circa 2001-2003
