The cookies are superb.
Hot chocolate could do with creamier milk (or cream) though. Still great for dunking the cookies in though!!
It is a water made mix... We don't have any way of heating milk on the plane to make it with such.
And, I do hasten to agree about the cookies... At the expense of my waistline...
