So how come some hotels do have that promotion and others don't? I thought service / promotions should be consistent across all the hotel chain, shouldn't it? I am staying at the same hotel (Warner Center, Woodland Hills, CA) for 1+ year (3nights/week), how can I try to have them propose that promotion?
