Although the use cases for this are very few will it still be possible to convert Avios to DC miles as was originally mentioned at the time of the takeover?

I can see the only benefit of this would be for those routes still with a BD code where the mileage required to redeem in DC is lower than with BA.

There's also a small number of DC airline partners remaining but I'm sure they'll disappear soon.
