However, I have a problem as I can't find affordable accommodation anywhere in the City of London it's self or the Greater London area in general.
I've tried looking at everything from normal hotels to hostels/holes in the walls and everything is ether booked/too expensive. This seems to be complicated by the upcoming Olympic games.
I've looked at student accommodation's at the various universities across London and they seem like my best bed due to their cheap rates, and fairly nice accommodations. If that doesn't work I'll look to go beyond the London area.
Does anyone have any suggestions for me?
I'm looking for a place below 300 quid.
Thanks.
If you are looking now, please don't take this the wrong way but good luck. It is possibly the busiest time of the year to come to London, and with the games on it is ten fold worse.
Have you tried Gumtree/Craigslist or
www.spareroom.co.uk?
Are you looking per week or per night?
