I agree with Wan1dap. My stay at IC Hua Hin was just perfect. Excellent room, nice beach to walk at, great breakfast selection and quality, good but smallish gym, nice pool area.

The only annoyance was that it was sometimes very difficult to cross the road. The hotel itself is on beach side of the road but we went to couple of restaurants on the other side and it wasn't too easy.
