No, it is not that simple. LHR-MRS will be x3 daily (whereas BD's LHR-NCE was twice daily) and the timings do not correspond (there is a morning departure from LHR to MRS at 7h35 and a late afternoon/early evening return from MRS to LHR at 17.15, for instance).
