Ethiopian tonight. Doro wat (spicy stewed chicken); awazi tibs (beef); red lentils; yellow lentils; stewed cabbage. All eaten with injera and accompanied with some good beer.
Looking out into my backyard now. Seems we have some juvenile racoons snooping about. Don't think they make good eatin', but if anyone has any recipies...;-)
