Regarding price match: Last time I tried that I was turned down despite having pdf'ed the expedia offer as the offer was no longer available when they checked about a week later. The response was pretty much along the line of "your bad luck that we have such a slow response time". As it was only about £15 I let it slip, but can't say I was very impressed.
