In theory, I wouldn't mind the passenger reviews. But they are a bit
unrefined, for a lack of a better term. Reviews tend to be written with unrealistic expecations, often focusing on details which I consider irrelevant. I once read through some of the website, and I was shocked at how often passengers expected the airline to provide things like toothbrushes or pajamas
in economy. People give bad reviews because the airline "charged a large change fee" (as the passenger knew when they booked the ticket), or "didn't give me a vegetarian meal, even though I requested it at checkin"
Therefore, taking the average rating from some useless reviews provides a useless number, which quite honestly isn't worth looking at as far as I'm concerned.
