I concur with Reason on the 777-300.

The 747 is the same, i find 7A and 7K in the nose the best for privacy and quiet, with the galley behind never a problem between meals. Rows 6 and 5 on the 747 (in the nose) are good too. 1A and 1K are too close to each others' feet if you don't know each other, and you have no overhead bin until row 3
