Thanks for the advice! I'll let you know if I end up in jail for 5 years! Or banned from flying! Maybe they'll put me on double-secret probation, too! Puh-lease! As someone said, they'll fill the seat if the seats are empty and someone is there to take them, so it's not hurting USAir in any way, especially if I buy the seats just a few days before, and when there are still others to purchase. If they were the last seats on the plane to sell, and it would prevent them from selling them to someone else, that'd be entirely different situation imho. They game the system in their favor, so if I get the slightest edge, and the possibility of an empty seat, what's the big deal??? (Other than going to jail for 5 years)(anyone know a good lawyer?)
